Zero Point for Coaches & Consultants
Coaches and consultants work at threshold moments for a living — often without a shared language for what they are actually doing. The Zero Point framework gives practitioners the conceptual architecture to name, map, and guide these moments with precision.
The Problem
The client who is technically in crisis but whose most important work is not crisis management — it is understanding what the crisis is revealing. The leader who has survived the event but is struggling to integrate the threshold. The founder who needs not a strategy but a map for where they actually are.
Experienced coaches and consultants develop intuitions for these moments. They can feel when a client is inside a Zero Point rather than just inside a problem. They know the difference between the event and the threshold. But without a shared framework, these intuitions are hard to teach, hard to scale, and hard to use consistently across clients with very different situations.
Zero Point gives the intuition a structure. It turns what you already know how to do into something you can name, repeat, and teach.
What the Framework Adds
The four phases — Anticipate, Attend, Navigate, Carry — give practitioners and clients a common vocabulary for where the client actually is in relation to their threshold. This shared language changes the conversation.
The six domains give practitioners a structured way to map where a client is experiencing their Zero Points — and where fragilities exist that haven’t yet reached threshold. The domains illuminate concentrations and exposures across an entire life.
The framework turns the practitioner’s existing expertise into a structured methodology that can be applied consistently across very different clients and domains — and that can be explained to prospective clients with clarity.
The Certification Programme
The Zero Point Practitioner Certification is in development. It will be a structured programme for coaches and consultants who want to integrate the full Zero Point framework — the model, the four phases, the six domains, and the diagnostic methodology — into their practice.
The programme will be deliberately small. The first cohort will work closely with the framework’s originator to ensure that the certification is rigorous, practitioner-led, and genuinely useful in real practice rather than academically complete.
Interest registration is open now. Registered practitioners will receive first access to cohort details, pricing, and curriculum when the programme is ready to launch.
